You may not need this or any other controller emulator going forward, but for Oblivion, this program makes a 360 controller work just like the console version what I wanted to hear.F.O.B (fresh outta the box). Most games coming out recently all work with it out of the box. You are right though in that it looks like a 360 controller is the way to go from this point on. I chose this one because of the extensive forum already set up as well as the hundreds of profiles ready to go despite the $20 activation tag. I believe there are some alternatives that may or may not be free as well. You can download the actual program at several places on trial and pay for it later. The program I was referring to the other day is called Pinnacle Game Profiler. I found out the the 360 controller does work with Fallout 3 right out of the box. So do you think your site would help with a 360 controller on Oblivion? From what I've discovered Star Wars Force Unleashed will also be compatible with the 360 controller, so it probably makes more sense to get a 360 one and try to get it to work for Oblivion.since future games will be geared toward the 360 controller I'll get the 360 one if it's not too much of a hassle to use. I found out afterwards that only 360 controllers will work.
The game will "recognize" the controller and you can map buttons to it but.the controller won't work. I had a PC controller went through all the programming stuff. I could post it when I get home this afternoon if you or anyone else is interested.Well, I have F3 for PC and it does not support any controller except the XBox one.unless you download some type of emulator program. It's pretty easy to set up and it works great. I dont play all that much online so I prefer mods and having all my games on one place (Steam). The compatible digital Xbox 360 games arent available to buy on the Xbox One store, but you can buy them on your 360 as usual and just download them to your Xbox One.

Games on disc: If you own any of the games on the list on disc, just put the disc into the Xbox One drive. I don't know if the game easily lets you use a 360 controller or not, but I found a site back when I couldn't get a controller to work properly for Oblivion. I did not make the mods I just made them run on a RGH/Jtag Xbox 360.read me in file of modders.
